As a rural food hub, the Hub on the Hill aims is to promote and support local farms and food makers in the Eastern Adirondacks.

The Hub on the Hill is community hub inspired by the region’s local makers, farmers and food artisans.

The Hub on the Hill works with the farmers and small food businesses of the Adirondack-North Country region to transform the region’s bounty of fresh produce into value-added shelf-stable and frozen products. Our desire to support our local agricultural economy and community, drives our efforts to coordinate the processing of fresh produce into high quality value-added products. Whether processed by farm businesses or our in-house co-packer, Dak and Dill, Inc., the resulting value-added products expand opportunities for farmers and small businesses reaching markets well past the growing season and providing greater diversity. The Hub On The Hill is proud to be a part of the growing Adirondack local food movement.
