Wellness RX is a referral program that addresses diet-related health issues. The program offers participants classes on healthy eating and vouchers they can use to buy fresh produce.

Pantries are located at community health centers for convenient food pickup alongside health visits. Accessibility: Free to all county residents and stocked with healthy food options (e.g., frozen meats, produce, pantry staples). Delivery is available to a resident's nearest UVM Health hospital location.
